He was the Best

Dimebag's death is a tragedy. Dimebag Darrell was the best guitarist I ever heard. I remember that on one occasion at a bowling alley that I used to go to in Palo Alto about 10 years ago, I was smoking (when I did that) outside with a bunch of people, some strangers, some not, and the subject who the best guitarist in the world came up. All sorts of names from different genres of rock were tossed out there, but when I said that Dimebag was the best, it was "conversation over" time. Everyone readily agreed and we went back inside.
