Sometimes I wonder why I even bother

Senate Foreign Relations Committee delays Bolton vote. Why? Because he apparently does not pass the Global Test. Last time I checked, that kind of thinking was rejected last November. The GOP has the majority in the Senate 55-45. Use it or lose it.
