Applying the Consitution as its written = "threatening the Constitution"

Supreme Court Conservatives Blasted at Liberal Conference. No wonder these freaks see "extraordinary circumstances" in ever conservative judicial nominee.

The American public "should realize where George W. Bush and [Senate Majority Leader] Bill Frist (R-Tenn.) and others are coming from in terms of a very right wing judicial philosophy," Neas said.

"Most of us in this country take for granted our rights and our liberties and our freedoms that have been part of this last 70 years," he added.

Neas is right. The left is fighting for "rights" invented by lefty courts over the past 70 years, while conservatives like Scalia and Thomas know the Constitution was written well before that. Someone should show Neas and his lefty cohorts the version of the Constitution that was drafted by the Framers, and not rewritten by the Supreme Court.
