That's the case in Florida with property insurance. It's also not surprising. There's every reason to believe the same thing will happen with the federal government's health insurance takeover. Some of the Democrats pushing the legislation acknowledge that is the intent. Others deny it as right-wing propaganda.

Well, here's an example of that same thing happening, so the deniers are either being dishonest or are economically and politically illiterate. Of course, all of that can be true.
