Bland CBO Memo, or Smoking Gun?

This weekend, the Congressional Budget Office released “a very strange memo” titled, “Budgetary Treatment of Proposals to Regulate Medical Loss Ratios.” You wouldn’t know it from the title, but that little memo is the smoking gun that shows how congressional Democrats have very carefully hidden more than half the cost of their health care bills.

Why hide the true cost of the bill? Because the Democrats in Congress and the White House don't want the American people to know what the true cost of their government takeover of health care is going to be. In other words, these are dishonest people who we should not trust. This health care scheme needs to go down and needs to go down now.
