Kerry's 4 Point Plan for Iraq

Here's a summary of Kerry's 4 point plan.



1. Appease the French

2. Train Iraqi soldiers. (aren't we already doing that? Even the French are helping with this as I blog)

3. Spend more money on Iraqi Infrastructure. Kerry voted against the $87B (after he voted for it), then went on Meet the Depressed w/ Russert and said that we need to spend whatever it takes, and most recently was ripping Bush for spending $200B (actually it was much less) on Iraq, when there was Democrat pork to spend on.

4. Appease the French.
