No Regulation at all - Got it?

Democracy Project protests the FEC attempt to regulate blogging through campaign finance regulation backed by the McCain-Feingold/Campaign Legal Center/MSM crowd:
But, as so many bloggers observed yesterday, it will take much more than old-fashioned press releases to squelch the outcry against these horrendous regulations. What McCain and his cronies in DC fail to comprehend is that any talk about interfering with the rights of bloggers to write what they please, about what they please, is dead from the start. We don't want any regulation at all - period. How difficult to comprehend is that? [Emphasis added] We intend to cling to the First Amendment's unambiguous protection of free speech. And, for those who've forgotten the wording, here it is:
  • Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Pretty straight forward.
