Basically, she wants a West Point style service academy for young liberals who want to run everybody's lives, er, be Federal bureaucrats (and presumably union members!) and PETA volunteers.
"I'm going to be asking a new generation to serve," she said. "I think just like our military academies, we need to give a totally all-paid education to young men and women who will serve their country in a public service position."Hillary can't ask people to serve in the military because as a liberal, she loathes the military, and her audience would never go for it.
Basically, she wants the government to pay for liberals to go to college so they won't have those pesky student loans that require us to get "jobs" to pay for it. This idea is awful and will never go anywhere. It doesn't really matter, however, all of these liberal groups are already living off the public dole anyway.
