...Sandra Day O'Connor is NOT a pro-life justice!



Other than that, Specter makes his case on Opinionjournal entitled "No Litmus Test: I've backed pro-life judges before, and I'll do so again." He makes a good argument. I think he may have done the trick, though I do have some questions.



1. Why do you think O'Connor is Pro-life?



2. Would you absolutely support the renomination of Miguel Estrada to the DC Circuit?



3. Will you work to confirm Judges Pryor and Pickering to their respective posts?
